Founded in 2006, Compass Equity Advisors LLC ("Compass") is a real estate private equity manager. Compass manages international private equity real estate fund-of-funds vehicles with investments across Europe, Asia and Latin America. Compass' principals average 22 years of experience and possess a complementary set of skills, including origination, due diligence, and underwriting, financing and asset/property management, that support the execution of a real estate fund-of-funds investment strategy.

Compass is an affiliate of Presidio Partners LLC, a leading real estate placement agent and advisory firm. Since its inception in June 2003, Presidio Partners has raised nearly $12 billion of institutional equity capital for 21 funds. Prior to the formation of Presidio Partners, its principals served as the management team of the real estate private equity group at Banc of America Securities LLC ("BAS").
