Mr. Berquist co-founded Presidio Partners in May 2003. Mr. Berquist is responsible for client management, strategy formulation and capital raising activities.

Prior to forming Presidio, Mr. Berquist established and managed the Real Estate Private Equity Group at Banc of America Securities LLC. Under his direction, the Real Estate Private Equity Group raised over $4 billion of equity capital in privately placed commingled funds, institutional joint ventures and preferred and common stock for REITs and real estate operating companies. Key clients included Beacon Capital Partners, Fortress Investment Corporation, Highcross Group Limited and Starwood Capital Group Global. Prior to joining Banc of America Securities LLC, Mr. Berquist was a Director in Merrill Lynch & Company's investment banking division.

Mr. Berquist has a total of 27 years of experience in private capital raising. He earned his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and graduated with a B.A. (magna cum laude) in both Economics and Business Administration from Vanderbilt University. Mr. Berquist is a policy advisory board member of The Fisher Center for Real Estate & Urban Economics, a member of the Pension Real Estate Association and INREV and an associate of the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Berquist is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Mr. Braxton co-founded Presidio Partners in May 2003. Mr. Braxton is responsible for client management, strategy formulation and capital raising activities.

Prior to forming Presidio, Mr. Braxton was a Principal in the Real Estate Private Equity Group at Banc of America Securities LLC. His responsibilities included providing investment advisory services, key client management oversight and capital raising. Prior to joining Banc of America Securities LLC in 2000, Mr. Braxton was a Managing Director with LaSalle Investment Management, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. During his 11-year tenure with LaSalle, he held positions of increasing responsibility within the Asset Management, Portfolio Management and Client Capital areas. As a portfolio manager, Mr. Braxton was responsible for assets in excess of $2 billion. Mr. Braxton also held positions with the Brand Management Group of The Quaker Oats Company and the Commercial Lending Group of Mellon Bank Corporation.

Mr. Braxton has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. He holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Braxton is a Founding Board member for the Real Estate Executive Council and a member of The Wharton School's Samuel Zell and Robert Lurie Real Estate Center, the Pension Real Estate Association and INREV.

Mr. Co co-founded Presidio Partners in May 2003. Mr. Co is responsible for the firm's client management, strategy formulation, due diligence and capital raising activities. Mr. Co is also responsible for managing the regulatory, compliance and accounting functions of Presidio.

Prior to forming Presidio, Mr. Co served as a Vice President in the Real Estate Private Equity Group at Banc of America Securities LLC. He joined Banc of America Securities LLC in 1997 as a member of its Real Estate Investment Banking Group. Mr. Co's responsibilities included assisting with coverage of major real estate opportunity funds and REITs as well as the successful execution of more than $3 billion of corporate finance and M&A assignments. Notable transactions include advising an investor group led by Clint Eastwood, Dick Ferris, Arnold Palmer and Peter Ueberroth on the $820 million acquisition and financing of Pebble Beach, which was named Institutional Investors'  Real Estate Deal of the Year in 1999. Prior to joining Banc of America Securities LLC, Mr. Co served as a certified public accountant with the Real Estate & Leasing Group of Ernst & Young LLP.

Mr. Co has a total of 15 years of private capital raising and real estate experience. Mr. Co earned his M.B.A. with Distinction from the University of Michigan and graduated with a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles. Mr. Co is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association and INREV. Mr. Co also serves on the Executive Board for the Young Entrepreneurs at the Haas School of Business.

Mr. Trice co-founded Presidio Partners in May 2003. Mr. Trice is responsible for client management, strategy formulation and capital raising activities.

Prior to forming Presidio, Mr. Trice served as a Managing Director in the Real Estate Private Equity Group at Banc of America Securities LLC. Mr. Trice's responsibilities included originating, structuring and placing equity capital for the bank's clients. Prior to joining Banc of America Securities LLC in 1999 as a Principal, Mr. Trice was an Executive Vice President with GE Capital Investment Advisors, an institutional real estate advisory firm with $1.6 billion of assets under management. At GE Capital, he served on the Management and Investment Committees, overseeing all of the investment management functions. Prior to GE Capital, Mr. Trice served as Senior Vice President and Principal with LaSalle Advisors, where he was responsible for capital raising and client management.

Mr. Trice has a total of 25 years of experience in private capital raising. Mr. Trice received a B.A. in English Literature from Webster College in St. Louis, Missouri and was a J.D. candidate at the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri. He is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association and INREV.

Ms. Peterson joined Presidio Partners in June 2003. Ms. Peterson participates in the firm's origination, structuring, due diligence and marketing activities.

Prior to joining Presidio, Ms. Peterson was an Associate with the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Lehman Brothers in San Francisco. At Lehman Brothers, Ms. Peterson completed capital raising and M&A assignments with an aggregate value of over $1.0 billion for real estate companies. Clients represented included AvalonBay, Liberty Property Trust and AMB Property Corporation. At Lehman Brothers, Ms. Peterson was also involved in capital raising and M&A transactions for healthcare and media companies. In addition, she structured and raised taxable and tax-exempt debt for municipalities and other entities with tax-exempt status.

Ms. Peterson has a total of 12 years of real estate and capital raising experience. She received her M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and her B.A. in the Political Economy of Industrial Societies from the University of California, Berkeley. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the Pension Real Estate Association.

Mr. Copeland joined Presidio Partners in September 2006. Mr. Copeland participates in the firm's origination, structuring, due diligence and marketing activities.

Prior to joining Presidio, Mr. Copeland was an Analyst/Research Associate at Lincoln Property Company in Washington, D.C., where he worked closely with the leasing, acquisitions and property management teams. Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company, Mr. Copeland held internships at Host Marriott (currently Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc.) in Bethesda, Maryland and Harvey Companies, a development and property management company, in the Washington, D.C. area.

Mr. Copeland has five years of real estate and capital raising experience. He received his B.A. degree in Economics from Lafayette College and is a member of ULI and the Lafayette College Alumni Association.
